Where do I start if I have several questions at once?
You do not need to sort your situation into legal categories in advance. Describe what is happening and what outcome you want. In the first consultation we will identify which questions need to be resolved, what takes priority and in what order to act.
What if my situation fits more than one service?
That is common: an owner's relocation affects both the business and immigration status, and market entry involves contracts and company structure. In such cases we do not split the task into separate consultations. We look at the situation as a whole and build a single sequence of actions.
What happens in the first consultation?
We go through your situation, your goal, decisions already made and the key questions. Afterwards you know which questions need to be resolved, what matters most, which documents and circumstances need to be checked and what the next step should be.
What should I prepare for the consultation?
A short description of the situation is enough: which countries and parties are involved, what has already happened and which deadlines matter. If you have relevant documents (contracts, decisions from migration authorities, corporate documents), send them along. But you can also begin without them.
What happens after the consultation?
If the task needs deeper work, we move on to a legal analysis of your documents, contracts, status and business structure, and then draw up an action plan with risks and priorities. After that, where needed, we prepare documents and support negotiations, applications and structural changes. For companies that need regular support, we offer ongoing legal support.
Can I order just one task, such as a contract or a document review?
Yes. The format depends on the task, from a single consultation or contract to full project support.
I am a lawyer or adviser, and my client needs support in Sweden or Spain. How can we work together?
We work with lawyers, tax advisers and other professionals, and can take on the legal part of a project while you keep your relationship with the client. Read more on the For Partners page.
Is the information I share confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is part of professional legal practice.
